We have a unique offering for letting agents, property investors, landlords and individual owners who buy properties to let such as studios, one/two/three bedroom apartments or houses. Clients are either pressed for time to do the sourcing for refurbishing the property, or they lack the local knowledge of the same. This is where we step in, taking the hassle away from decorating the apartment. We select the correct fixture, fittings and furniture pieces from our collection of suppliers, as well as purchase white goods, electronics, linen and soft furnishings if required. Most of our investment clients are based abroad, so we can also recommend managing & letting agents to find you good, reliable tenants and to also manage the property on your behalf, if required.

Our Curtains, Blinds, Shutters and Awnings are made to measure and hand made by experienced skilled craftsmen.

For our Curtains & Roman Blinds we use a small and established company with over 25 years’ experience and that has an impressive portfolio behind them.

For all other brands of blinds we use, are from companies that make quality products, such as Silent Gliss, Luxaflex, Sander-Shade, etc.

We have an extremely wide range of fabric suppliers that we source from and can purchase high-end, to affordable fabrics to suit every client & their budget.

We also go to the heart of the Interior Design world at Chelsea Harbour in SW10, the brand of companies all under one roof makes clients visits a dream place to visit and source home furnishings at your leisure.

Our aim is to provide you with a service which makes the redesign of your property an enjoyable experience. We take away the stress of renovation and refurbishment works by overseeing them from start to finish; acting on your behalf and in your best interest.

With close working relationships, talented architects, interior designers and project managers, we are equipped to implement your renovation requirements however large or small.  Once our client has approved the design work, our experts will send out tenders, negotiating the best deal on quotes from external contractors, thus ensuring the highest quality is delivered at the best price.

Once the client is happy, we proceed with the works.

Our project management services also involve, regular site visits and progress meetings with all contractors to ensure that each project runs to time and on budget.
